We have a complete service department with two separate workbenches. We use the correct tool for every job, whether overhauling a coaster brake or installing a complete Campagnolo Record group. Unlike many shops, we will find time to change a tube or do simple repairs even during the busiest spring day.

Our goal is to turn bikes around quickly so that the customer can get back to riding as soon as possible. Normally repairs are ready within days -- not weeks. If a repair cannot be completed by the promised date, the customer is always notified. We understand that Atlanta is one of the worst cities for traffic, so we do not want customers making a long drive only to find out their bike is not ready.

In the event additional parts or repairs are needed, the customer is always contacted before the initial cost estimate is exceeded.
